We are a leading designer of rigid packaging for many industries including the drinks, perfumery and cosmetics, entertainment and publishing markets.
We also operate a total supply chain service and to further support our customers we now also provide the development and sourcing of rigid boxes, cartons, bags, plastics, injection moldings, tins and wooden boxes via our European and Far Eastern supply base.
Through our packaging operations we are able to offer our clients a ‘full –service’ option that has found favor with a number of the world’s best known brands.
The Fulfillment Process
With upwards of 3,500 Sq. Mts. dedicated to packing operations LFB uses state-of-art check stations with bar coding and computerized weight comparators to ensure that all contents are present. The majority of clients instruct us to ship direct to their own Distribution Centre’s around the world and it is their consumer who next opens the completed package.
At all stages of the process full batch traceability is maintained and stock control and stock accuracy and reconciliation is an integral and important part of our systems.
