Using latest state-of-art CAD/CAM systems supported by plotter tables, both in the design studio and in a dedicated sample production area, their attention is to provide clients with speedy turn around times. By linking through our own FTP site designs, templates, formes, vacuum forms etc. are transferred to printers, tool makers and specialist external partners in a manner that subsequently speeds the process following order receipt into and through the whole supply chain.
Through the use of 3D rendering techniques a virtual pack can then be rotated, viewable from all angles, and providing the client a realistic representation – artwork modifications can be readily changed through the development cycle.
Aesthetics are of vital importance so CAD rendering is also a vital component used by our Quality and Production departments to meet and hopefully delight our clients and, in turn, their end user/consumer.
